June 19, 1970-July 29, 2024

Brenton (Brent) Lawrence Ross, 54, of Altoona, PA, passed away Monday. He was born on June 19, 1970, in Altoona, PA.

Brent graduated from Greater Altoona Career & Technology Center and later attended the Altoona School of Commerce, where he earned an associate degree in Business Administration and Management. He proudly served in the United States Army Reserve from 1989 to 1994 as an M.O.S. 76 warehousing specialist.

Professionally, Brent spent most of his career as a technician with Blair Communications and most recently worked for Curry Supply Company in Hollidaysburg, PA.

Brent was a devoted father who adored his son and found joy in various hobbies, including fishing, working on cars, and talking sports. He had a deep love for animals and was known for his kind soul and willingness to help anyone in need.

Brent is survived by his mother, Jo Ann (Kuhn) Pfahler, and his father, Lawrence J. Ross, both of Altoona, PA; his son, Riley Ross of Altoona, PA; his daughter, Madison Wesner of Johnstown, PA; his son, Christopher Loudenslager of Altoona, PA; his sister, Lindsay (Pfahler) Roche and her husband, Patrick Roche, of Erie, PA; and his step-brother, Shawn Pfahler, and his wife, Wendy Pfahler, of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by his beloved niece and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later time for close family and friends.

Brent will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
