Carol A. Woolridge June 3, 1938-Dec. 10, 2020

Carol A. Woolridge, 82, Altoona, passed away Thursday at Hillview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Glen White, the daughter of late Candido and Genevieve (Dobrowolski) DeGol. Carol married William J. Woolridge on May 20, 1972, he preceded her in death on Aug. 6, 1999. Carol is survived by a daughter, Wendy (Eric) Zolnak of Altoona; two grandchildren, Noah and Jonah; and two sisters, Elizabeth Esposti and Barbara Miller of Altoona. She was preceded in death by a brother, Richard DeGol. Carol was a 1956 graduate of Altoona High School, and worked for Veeder Root from 1956-1999. She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Carol enjoyed walking, music and dancing. A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
