Clair A. Ingram Dec. 20, 1971-Dec. 6, 2022

Clair A. Ingram, 50, Altoona, passed away Tuesday at his residence. He was born in Altoona, the son of the late James G. and Phyllis N. (Oswalt) Ingram. Clair is survived by his son, Shane Dugas; a brother, James G. Ingram, Jr.; two sisters: Linda Cain and Joyce Ingram all of Altoona. He was a 1989 graduate of Altoona Area High School.
