David G. Lee August 29, 1963-June 5, 2022

David G. Lee, 58, Altoona, passed away peacefully, Sunday at his residence following a brief illness. He was born in Altoona, the son of the late Donald and Joan (Loucks) Lee. David married Mary Lou Holzer on Sept. 10, 2005. David is survived by his loving wife; a sister, Rami Norris of Stewartstown; nieces, nephews: Stephen Norris, Ashley Norris-Cutler, Brian “Bub” Sawyers and Elizabeth Sawyers; special niece and nephew: Abigail Mason and Braydon Holzer. He was preceded in death by a sister, Kelli Sawyers. David was a graduate of Altoona High School and retired after 40 years of service as a mechanic and lastly working with Courtesy Ford. He was a member at the Bavarian Aid Society and the Unter Uns. He enjoyed collecting model trains, fishing, wood working, working on small engines and loved helping others. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 in the Stevens Memorial Chapel, 1421 8th Ave., Altoona, Pa. 16602 with Fr. Ronald Osinski celebrant.
