David H. Mallory, Jr. Nov. 9, 1963-March 23, 2023

David H. Mallory, Jr., 59, Altoona, unexpectedly passed away at his residence Thursday morning with his loving family by his side. He was born in Altoona, the son of the late David H. and Edna Mae (Fagan) Mallory. David married Amy Campbell on Oct. 12, 2002. David is survived by his wife; four sons, Jason Mallory (Paige), Morgan Campbell and Camden Mallory all of Altoona and Garrett Campbell (Crystal) of Alabama; one daughter: Elizabeth Haskell (Matt) of Grand Junction, Colorado; six grandchildren: Bree Kelley, Chloe Mallory, Eli Haskell, Beau Mallory, Aria Haskell and Sophia Campbell; two brothers: Bob Mallory (Toni) of Virginia and Jay Mallory of California; a sister, Carol Jenkins (Phil) of Altoona; two nephews: John Horton and Jimmy Glass and a niece, Stacey Schneider; his first wife, Lisa Spicer and his dog and best buddy, Ziggy. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ron Fagan. David was a 1982 graduate of Altoona Area High School and was a Sergeant with the National Guard. He had previously worked at Focarelli Sheet Metal and was currently working as a boiler maker at Norfolk Southern. He enjoyed fishing and slot cars, David collected Hot Wheels, Match Box and remote-control rock crawlers. There will be no visitation or services.
