Deanna, I miss you . I will remember you Always. You were a good friend to me . You told me once when we were very young that if you could do things over knowing the things you knew at the time you would of made sure you made better choices . You said you didnt want me to ever be in any of the bad situations youd experienced and that you'd rather not be part of my life if you couldnt be a positive influence. You told me you would feel horrible if you thought you'd dragged someone down the wrong path. You'd tell me to stay away when you were at your worst. Sometimes I wouldn't listen id try to help you you'd get mad and you'd thank me for helping but you'd stay away keep yourself distant. But when you were doing good you would be back calling to catch up telling what was new what was going good and what was happy. how your boys were doing and all about new family additions . I wish I could have talked to you one more time to tell YOU what a good person YOU actually TRUELY were but you are gone now and I will never get to say that to you. You'll never get this message but maybe someone else will read this and remember all these good things about you too and how you were a true friend. Because thats what I will always remember about you. Yesterday was your birthday . I hope you are at peace at last. Im adding this candle in your memory , I chose blue, reminded me of your bright eyes.
