Debra Kay (Keller) Smith

September 7, 1958-November 7, 2024

Debra Kay (Keller) Smith, 66, Altoona, passed away to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday evening at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Huntingdon, the daughter of the late, Samuel D. and Janet A. (Burkheimer) Keller.

Debra married Ricky Allen Smith on March 30, 1979.

She is survived by her loving husband of 45 years; her son, Eric Scott Smith (Jolene) of Altoona; her five beautiful grandchildren: Bennett, Traxton, Kaidence, Eric, Jr. and Elayna; also, her sister, Karen Lattieri (Mike) of Altoona and their daughter Samantha. She will be missed by our wonderful families.

Debra was a graduate of Altoona High School and was employed at Logan Elementary, where she absolutely adored working with the children and her co-workers.

She enjoyed being in the great outdoors and spending time with her loved ones.

Friends will be received from 4-6 pm, Friday, November 15, 2024 at The Stevens Mortuary, Inc., 1421 8th Avenue, Altoona, PA 16602, where a funeral service will immediately follow in the Stevens Memorial Chapel with Pastor David Butterbaugh.
