Nick was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and volunteered for many years with the Altoona Regional Health System/UPMC. He was a member of the VFW, Sons of Italy, and the American Legion.

In his retirement, Nick found enjoyment in framing his wife’s artwork, making earrings, and cooking spaghetti and meatballs for family and friends. There was always room at Sunday dinner for at least one more. Nick’s musical talents included, playing the harmonica and accordion, singing, and dancing with his beloved wife. He enjoyed nature and was an avid hunter. Above all, Nick loved making people laugh and being in the company of his family and friends.

Friends will be received from 3-7 pm on Wednesday August 30, 2023 at The Stevens Mortuary, Inc. 1421 8th Ave. Altoona, PA 16602 where a vigil for the deceased will be held.
