Doris L. Kelley Oct. 10, 1953-March 4, 2021

Doris L. Kelley, 67, of Altoona, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, at UPMC Mercy-Pittsburgh. She was born in Rantoul, Illinois, the daughter of the late James W. and Betty Louise (Baird) Diehl. Doris is survived by two sons: Daniel W. Maher and Joseph P. (April) Maher both of Altoona; three grandchildren: Blaze, Cordelia and Madison and her sister, Sandra L. (Robin) Fernandez of Reynoldsville and Stan Kelly of Altoona. She was a 1971 graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School and worked as a caregiver for Home Instead. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and crafts. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in The Stevens Memorial Chapel, 1421 8th Ave., Altoona, Pa. 16602, by the Rev. Rob Fernandez.
