Douglas C. Kelly

Douglas C. Kelly, 73, Johnstown, formerly of Altoona, passed away Saturday morning at Hilltop Heights Health and Rehab Center, Johnstown.
He was born in Buffalo, NY, son of the late James A. and M. Frances (Hill) Kelly.
He is survived by his brother, Michael (Barbara) in Ithaca, New York.
Douglas was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
He retired as a clerk for the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation or services.
