Condolences

My condolences to Gene's family, friends and loved ones. I was very fortunate to grow up on Dutch Hill and saw some very good baseball back in The day. Fourth Ward, Second Ward then Prospect in the Kelly Federation, also NABF and Triple A ball. Though I was a youngster I remember Gene playing some mighty fine Shortstop with my brother and the Fourth Ward team in the early sixties. May I offer this Tribute to Gene. God Bless all that mourn in his loss and may flights of angel carry Gene home.
