Frances E. Miller Sept. 12, 1968-Dec. 11, 2022

Frances E. Miller, 54, Claysburg, formerly of Altoona, passed away Sunday at UPMC Montefiore, Pittsburgh. She was born in Keyser, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Roger D. and Pamela S. (Spitzer) Podelco. Frances is survived by her fiancé, Christopher J. Lindner of Claysburg; two sons: David A. Podelco of Omaha, Nebraska, Eric M. Minnoia of Altoona and a daughter, Patricia A. Minnoia of Frostburg, MD; thirteen loving grandchildren; five siblings: Fred H. Podelco (Connie), Roger D. Podelco, Jr. (Lisa), Cheryl Seiler (Tom), Virginia Hudson and April Lamey all of Altoona. She was preceded in death by a sister, Sandra K. Podelco. Frances was a 1986 graduate of Altoona Area High School. She worked at Blue Knob Ski Resort. She was a Steeler Football fan, liked watching NASCAR and professional wrestling. Frances especially enjoyed spending time with the grandkids.
