Gary N. Frye Jr., 34, Altoona, passed away Thursday morning at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh, following a brief illness.

He was born in El Centro, CA, son of Diana L. (Musselman) Frye and the late Gary N. Frye, Sr.

He is survived by his mother of Altoona; a brother, Richard Plowman of Altoona; a sister, Dawn Simms of Nevada; three nieces; and three nephews.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Eric Plowman.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation or services.
