Dear Hermalik Family, Pat and I were saddened to learn of the death of our former neighbor and friend. What a lovely neighbor and person he was, too. We missed him since he moved, and then we moved to the nearby Presby Village. Pat is in care temporarily and I am forbidden to drive (sons insist!). Would have loved to see the out-of-towners again. Our kids are far away (MA and CA); they would have wanted to be with their old friends at this difficult time.--Joe Silverman 814-317-5822.

My sympathy to the Hermalik family. I was saddened to hear of your Dad's passing. He (and your Mom) were always good to me when I was at your home as a teenager. I remember when your Dad put a ping-pong table in your basement. Boy, did we have fun playing !! Nowadays, when I walk by the homestead, I often think of your Dad and the additions he made to the house. He was a talented man. May he rest in peace. -Mark Massimilla

We send our most sincere sympathy with the loss of your dad. We so enjoyed our time with both of your parents. Angie and George were such good friends for many years. Unfortunately we cannot do more to pay our respects but they both will remain in our hearts. And we trust God will welcome your dad with the words: "well done, good and faithful servant." May each of you find peace in this time of sorrow. Charlie and Barb Sickles
