Harold K. Skaggs, Jr. February 13, 1955 – August 29, 2020

Harold K. Skaggs, Jr., 65, of Altoona, passed away Saturday at UPMC Altoona. Harold was born in Bradford, son of the late Harold D. Skaggs, Sr., and Mary Lou (Knight) Cummings. He is survived by sisters: Karen Beckwith of DuBois, Dawn Ann Watts of Brockway, Verda (Bill) Ott and Sharon Skaggs all of Bradford, Gracie Hamilton of NV and a brother, Harold D. (Linda) Skaggs, Jr. of Bradford. He was preceded in death by brothers Daniel and Charles Skaggs and a sister Jackie Belliveau. He was a US Army veteran and was an avid Elvis fan.
