Jessie R. Wogan July 2, 1928-May 17, 2021

Jessie R. Wogan, 92, of Altoona, passed away Monday, at The Village at Morrisons Cove. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late Cyril and Margaret (Prough) Weamer. Jessie is survived by a daughter, Vicki Allison of Altoona; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and two brothers: Ronnie (Joan) Weamer of Maryland and Jan Weamer of West Virginia. She was a graduate of Altoona High School and retired from Butterick as a pattern folder. There will be no visitation or services. Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park.
