Saddened to read of Joe passing away. He had many friends in Rotary. We traveled together with his service dog to meetings once monthly. It was a squeeze for him and the dog but Joe was always looking for positives. My Sympathy.

Joe was my brother-in-law and loved my sister, Celia. He would help with family get togethers and was president of the Strouse Reunion. He could talk to all from the shy to the out going. All of the family will miss him greatly. Linda Young
