Obituary For Kathleen "Kathy" L. Beauchamp

Kathleen L. “Kathy” Beauchamp

August 6, 1958-June 19, 2026

Kathleen L. “Kathy” Beauchamp, 67, Hollidaysburg, passed away Friday at UPMC Passavant-McCandless, Pittsburgh. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late Earl “Barney” and Nancy (McGarvey) Rhodes.

Kathy was married to Richard D. Beauchamp until his passing on June 14, 2021.

She is survived by two brothers: Gary Rhodes (Paula) of Pottstown and Thomas Rhodes of Hollidaysburg; two nephews: Brian Rhodes (Vanessa) of Charlotte, NC and Ian Rhodes of Naples, FL; two nieces: Janelle Rancour (Mike) of South Carolina and Brianne (Aryn) of Altoona.

Kathy was preceded in death by her sister, Jean Hilger.

She could still be found working as an Executive Administrator for UPMC Altoona Behavioral Health with over 40 years of service.

Kathy was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan and pro-football enthusiast. She loved flowers and watching and feeding the birds in her backyard. Later in years, Kathy especially enjoyed going on cruises with her family.

At Kathy’s request, there will be no visitation or services.

Arrangements are thoughtfully provided by The Stevens Mortuary, Inc., 1421 8th Avenue, Altoona, PA 16602.
