Kathy J. Hebler
June 18, 1980 – August 29, 2026
Kathy J. Hebler, 46, Altoona, passed away at her residence, on Saturday after an extended illness.
Kathy was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Roy and Mary Bowman. She married Joseph M. Hebler II on June 21, 2003.
She is survived by her loving husband; a brother, Clayton Bowman; and her aunt, Donna Fink.
Kathy was a 1998 graduate of Altoona High School and previously worked at Garvey Manor.
She enjoyed crafts, sewing and spending time with her husband and their dog, Ace.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at The Stevens Mortuary, Inc., 1421 8th Avenue, Altoona, PA 16602.

Kathy Jo Bowman Hebler my Sweet Daughter in Law. You were a sweet soul in this cruel world married to my Son Joey. May our Lord let you rest in a peace you have never had on this earth. We will love and miss you forever. We adopted you and your family in our hearts when you were a little girl never knowing you and Joey would marry some day. God Bless Joey and your living Family and Friends. I am sorry life was so very difficult for you during your life. You have definitely earned your angel wings sweetie pie. May our Lord bestow extra strenghth and peace to your loving Husband to handle the loss he is feeling without you by his side. 🙏😢💕
