Having learned of Mary Lou's passing, I am sorry to hear of her passing. My family and your family connected when John was diagnosed with deafness as a result of rubella. It was a pleasure getting to know Mary Lou and we did our best to help her with opportunities for John. It was nice getting to know the family. While it was only a few years of friendship, it was memorable. May memories be treasured among members of her family including Patrick, Kirby, Matthew, Diane, John, and Danial as well as generations that followed. Janet Scheeline

Our sincere sympathy to the entire Healy family. We are thankful for the work your mother did as an original founder of Birthright. In fact, her passion in pro-life continues this weekend at various churches as we pass out baby bottles to fill with spare change for ELM. ELM (Every Life Matters) is a non-profit, pregnancy support service for the entire family serving Blair and Cambria counties. We are also grateful for the purchase of your homestead. Our son, daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters are enjoying the home. Peace and good wishes to all in the new year. Guido & Debbie Santella
