Mildred E. "Mimi" "Millie" Gray August 23, 1946-July 14, 2022

Mildred E. "Mimi" "Millie" Gray, 75, Altoona, passed away Thursday at UPMC Shadyside, Pittsburgh after an extended illness. She was born in Lawrence, the daughter of the late Adrian and Margaret (Pipart) Cronauer. Mildred married John D. Gray and he preceded her in death on Oct. 18, 2006. Mildred is survived by her daughter, Renetta "Tina" Keelber of Altoona; three grandsons: Randy Keelber and wife Tasha, Mark Walls, Jr. and wife Brittany and Michael Walls all of Altoona; and ten great-grandchildren; and a nephew, Mark Cronauer of Erie. She was the last member of her family. She retired as a seamstress from Tritex in 1988. Mildred enjoyed playing bingo, crafting, fishing and hunting; but especially loved spending time with her family. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 pm on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at The Stevens Mortuary, Inc., 1421 8th Ave., Altoona, Pa. 16602. A funeral service will take place at 10:00 am on Friday, July 22, 2022 in the Stevens Memorial Chapel, Pastor Douglas McGaffin officiant. Interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery.
