Patrick E. Brister

January 14, 1960-September 15, 2023

Patrick E. Brister, 63, of Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, passed away Friday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Hammond, Indiana, the son of the late Clarence Eugene and Wanda Jane (Douglass) Brister. Patrick was raised in the home of the late Norman M. and Joan I. (Douglass) Hann, Sr.

He is survived by two sisters: Wanda M. (Hann) Brunner and Ramona L. Brubaker; a special brother-in-law, David A. Brunner all of Altoona and numerous nieces and nephews.

Patrick was preceded in death by a sister, Nena K. (Hann) (Keller) Thurston; and two brothers: Michael A. Hann, Sr. and Norman M. Hann, Jr.

He enjoyed cooking, playing music and watching movies.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation or service.
