Phyllis A. Rabuck August 18, 1960 – January 22, 2022 Phyllis A. Rabuck, 62, Altoona, passed away Saturday at UPMC Altoona after a brief illness. Phyllis was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Lawrence and Margaret (Stiver) Lees. She married Francis E. Rabuck. Surviving are her husband of 43 years; a daughter, Tonya M. Rabuck of Altoona; a son, Francis E. Rabuck III of Altoona; seven grandchildren: Shania, Skylar, Dylan, Josh, Shawn, Jasmine and Riley; two brothers: Larry Lees and Adam Lees both of Altoona; and two sisters: Cindy Dempsey of Driftwood and Penny Moyer of Altoona. Phyllis was a 1978 graduate of Altoona Area High School and was employed as a cashier from Sam’s Club. She enjoyed spending time with her family and, most of all, she loved and devoted her life to all seven grandchildren. There will be no public funeral services.
