Phyllis M. Donnelly

October 27, 1926-January 9, 2024

Phyllis M. Donnelly, 97, Duncansville, passed away Tuesday at the Presbyterian Village after a brief illness.

She was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late James and Pauline (Norris) Foreman. Phyllis married Charles E. “Bud” Donnelly on Jan. 28, 1961, he preceded her in death on April 15, 2015.

Phyllis is survived by her brother-in-law, Gerald W. Donnelly and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Gwen Rasmussen.

Phyllis was a Registered Nurse and retired from the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center, she had also worked at the VA Hospital in Philadelphia.

She enjoyed traveling and taking cruises.

Services were held at the convenience of the family.

Interment was held at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
