I have been friends with Sam for over 35 years, and don't know a kinder caring doctor ever. Sam was the kind of man who would go over and above to help someone regardless of their financial stature. He did so much for me and my family it would take me a lifetime to repay him. Prayers go out for his wife and children, he will be forever missed.

I have been friends with Sam for 40 years and you could not find a more caring doctor in the whole world. Sam was a kind and loving man who went out of his way to help anybody regardless of their financial ability to pay or not. I visited Sam regardally at the VA and he always made time to sit and bullshit with me. I will greatly miss him. Prayers are with his family.
