Ralph R. Wagner Feb. 29, 1952 – Dec. 13, 2020
Ralph R. Wagner, 68, Altoona, passed away Sunday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Altoona. Ralph is survived by a step-son, Waylon Leaper of Bellwood and 4 grandchildren. Ralph was preceded in death by his wife, Lenora J. Leaper, Nov. 30, 2002. He worked for Sky Brothers in the warehouse. There will not be any visitation or services.
