Robert Alan “Rob” Frederick

June 14, 1963-September 18, 2024

Robert Alan “Rob” Frederick, 61, Altoona, passed away Wednesday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Altoona, the son of Robert A. and Patricia Frederick.

Rob is survived by his son, Alex Frederick; his daughter, Rachael Frederick both of Bellwood; Julie (McIntire) Frederick; two sisters: Linda Weakland (Thom) of Cresson and Patty Bracken (Randy) of Altoona and several nieces and nephews.

He was a 1981 graduate of Altoona Area High School.

Rob spent his career in construction and was a former construction company owner.

He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and spending time with his German shepherds. Rob followed the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates with his Dad.

A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
