Ronald L. Norris August 17, 1938 – April 28, 2023

Ronald L. Norris, 84, Altoona, passed away peacefully at home on Friday evening. Ron was born in Curwensville, son of the late Cecil and Margaret Elaine (Dodge) Norris. On February 3, 1962, he married Patricia Carns in Clearfield. Surviving is his loving wife; a son, Donald J. Norris of Altoona; a daughter, Debra Bradshaw (Keith) of Altoona; a granddaughter, Erica Bradshaw; a brother, John Norris of Johnstown; and a sister, Sue Martin of Altoona. Ron was a graduate of Curwensville High School and University of Pittsburgh. He was a US Marine Corp veteran and retired in 1994 from the Federal Government Department of Labor as an Investigator after 33 years of service. Ron enjoyed fly tying and fly fishing and knew Pennsylvania by its trout streams. Most especially, Ron enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter, Erica. At Ron’s request there will be no visitation or service. Entombment will be held Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at a later date.
