RuthAnn was a kind hearted woman. If there is one thing to say, I would say she loved. It showed in her sons and daughters and you could feel it in her home. Herman and her made a perfect couple and left this legacy.

Mrs. Frederick was an amazing Teacher's aide and person. I benefited greatly from her dedication and talent while she worked at Penn Lincoln Elementary School some 35 years ago. Although I was just in the 1st and 2nd grade, she helped me tremendously and I remember her well. She was such a lovely person and the positive impact she has had on the lives of so many is probably not entirely known. It has to massive. Sincerest sympathies to her family and friends. Dr. Jennifer Myers
