Obituary For Sandra J. Thomas
Sandra J. Thomas August 14, 1970 – August 31, 2022 Sandra J. Thomas, 52, Altoona, passed away Wednesday at her residence. Sandy was born in Altoona, daughter of Sandra J. (Clapper) Morrison and the late William T. Kenawell. She is survived by her mother; two daughters: Melinda and Rebecca Thomas, both of Altoona; two brothers: William T. and Robert R. Kenawell, both of Altoona; a close friend, Destiney Moser; and former husband, Dave Thomas. She was preceded in death by a stepfather, Dan Morrison. Sandy previously worked as a rehab tech at Cove Forge. Sandy loved cooking, going to the beach, the outdoors, coffee, and her cats. Most especially, she loved her daughters and enjoyed spending time with her family. Friends are invited to a memorial service in The Stevens Memorial Chapel, at 11 am, Friday, September 9, 2022, 1421 8th Ave., Altoona, Pa. 16602.
