Sara J. Delozier Sept. 3, 1945-Nov. 24, 2022

Sara J. Delozier, 77, Altoona, passed away Thursday at her residence after an extended illness. She was born in Hollidaysburg, the daughter of the late Gerald and Marjorie (McManus) Snowden. Sara is survived by her companion of 47 years, Clair Walters with whom she resided; a son, Scott (Carolyn) Delozier; one granddaughter: Maddie Lippincott; a stepson, Clair Lauver; stepgrandson, Nick Lauver; two sisters: Sandra Hileman and Sharon Vaughn; a brother, Steven Snowden and stepbrother, Ronald McManus. She was preceded in death by her son, Fred Delozier, Jr. and four of her siblings. Sara attended Hollidaysburg High School. She retired from Degol Organization in housekeeping. Sara was a fan of NASCAR and the Pittsburgh Steelers. At Sara’s request, there will be no public funeral service.
