I have very fond memories of being at the family home for family gatherings. Aunt Shirley was always a calming presence among all us young kids running in and out of the house, never minding the noise or mess. She was accepting and loving towards everyone, and was a beautiful soul, and an exceptionally strong woman and mother who raised, and helped raise, wonderful children and grandchildren! God bless you Aunt Shirley! Please say hello to my Mom, you were always one of her favorite people! Rest in peace.
