Shirley M. Wendle Aug. 1, 1935 – Dec. 15, 2020

Shirley M. Wendle, 85, Altoona, passed away Tuesday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late Samuel G. and Genevieve (Winters) Brubaker. Shirley was the last member of her family. Shirley is survived by five children. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Wendle; eleven of her children; and her companion of the last 18 years, Ralph Wagner. Shirley was a homemaker and enjoyed painting.
