Stephen J. Adams Oct. 23, 1979 – Oct. 21,2020

Stephen J. Adams, 40, Altoona, passed unexpectedly Wednesday at his residence. Stephen was born in Altoona, son of James M. and Linda (McCombie) Adams. Surviving are his parents; a brother, David Adams of Duncansville; his twin sons, Zachary and Tyler Adams of Altoona; grandmother, Barbara L. Adams of Hollidaysburg; the mother of his sons, Amy Tyler and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was a 1998 graduate of Altoona Area High School. Stephen loved spending time with his twins. Friends will be received from 3-6 p.m., Monday, Oct. 26, 2020 at The Stevens Mortuary, Inc., 1421 8th Ave., Altoona, Pa. 16602, where a vigil for the deceased will be held. A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 24, 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Fr. Lubomir Strecok officiating. Committal will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
