Obituary For Steven Lloyd Hall

Steven Lloyd Hall

October 11, 1951-February 9, 2025

Steven Lloyd Hall, 73, Altoona, passed away Sunday at Maybrook Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. He was born in Altoona, the son of the late Blair M. and Jean (Gates) Hall.

He is survived by his three siblings: Patricia A. Hall of Lewisberry, Janet E. Cichetta (Mike) of Altoona and Donald C. Hall of New York; five nieces and their husbands: Christina Farabaugh (Mark), Angela Hood (Brian), Amanda Blades (HB), Amy Hall, and Kelly Guenot (Derek); also his seven great-nieces and great-nephews: Caleb, Lincoln, Tre, Raelynn, Josie, Bryson and Barrett.

Steven was a member of Christ Community United Methodist Church.

He was a lifetime member of the Railroaders Memorial Museum.

Steven enjoyed trains, reading, history and travel. Steven was known for his amazing intellect.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Interment will be held at Grandview Cemetery, Tyrone.

    Jan and Michael, I am so sorry to hear that Steve passed away. He will be missed by all of us. I don't know anyone who has more knowledge of trains than Steve.
