Susan K. Knotts November 1, 1959 – January 1, 2021

Susan K. Knotts, 61, Altoona, died Friday morning at Select Specialty Hospital, Johnstown. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Fred D. and Mary (Gardner) Hughes. She married Jeffery A. Knotts December 1, 1990 in Altoona.

Surviving are her husband, Jeffery, two brothers: Ron Hughes and Skip Hughes (Bonnie) both of Altoona; a sister Linda Hughes of Altoona; her mother in law, Donna Knotts; sister in law Lisa Zimmerman and her dog Libby. She was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters.

Prior to her retirement, Susan worked at the bakery of the Martin’s Foodstore in Bellemeade for 17 years. She was a member of the Altoona Full Gospel Church and enjoyed trips to DelGrosso’s Amusement Park and playing games on her I Pad.

Friends will be received on Wednesday January 6, 2021 from 11am to the Noon funeral service in the Memorial Chapel of The Stevens Mortuary, Inc. 1421 8th Ave. Altoona, where COVID-19 protocols will be observed, officiated by Pastor Ron Campbell. Interment will be at Oak Ridge Cemetery.

The family request , in lieu of flowers, that memorial contributions be made to American Lung Association, 3001 Gettysburg Rd. Camp Hill, PA 17011, in Susan’s memory.
