Obituary For Thomas D. McCabe

Thomas D. McCabe March 24, 1953 – Dec. 7, 2020

Thomas D. McCabe, 67, Altoona, passed away at his residence. He was born in Altoona, the son of the late Dean C. and Adelaide K. (Russell) McCabe. Thomas is survived by his cousins: Beth (Russell) Paruch (George), Paula (McCabe) Hough (Stuart) and Linda (McCabe) Ricklefs (Rodney) He was a 1971 graduate of Altoona Area High School and a graduate of Penn State University majoring in Art. Thomas worked as a floral arranger for Myers Bros. Florist for many years and later worked at Alley’s City View. He was a lifetime member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. He enjoyed spending time on his boat at Raystown and was a huge PSU Nittany Lion football fan. There will be no visitation or services at this time. The family will be celebrating Tom’s life with a memorial service at a future date. Arrangements provided The Stevens Mortuary, Inc.
