Winifred M. “Winnie” Humphrey

February 18, 1962-October 6, 2025

Winifred M. “Winnie” Humphrey, 63, of Altoona, passed away Monday at Midtown Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Jo (Hoover) Humphrey.

Winnie is survived by her brother, John Humphrey of Altoona and her sister, Rosann Baumann of Seattle, WA; also surviving are two nieces, Mary Humphrey, Caitlin Mielnik and sister-in-law, Chris Mozi.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Garry Humphrey and her sister, Donna Humphrey.

Winnie was a 1980 graduate of Altoona Area High School.

She enjoyed shopping and loved animals, but Winnie especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

At the request of the deceased there will be no visitation or services.

Arrangements are provided by The Stevens Mortuary, Inc., 1421 8th Avenue, Altoona, PA 16602.

Interment will be held at Alto-Reste Park.
